연구결과 글 흥미롭습니다. 일이 안될때 조금이라도 산책을 하면 기분이 좋아지는 이유가 있군요.

걷는 게 참 사소하고 간단한건데 요즘에는 다들 실내생활을 주로하고
이동 또한 자가용이나 교통편을 이용하다보니 .. 점점 걷는 시간이 줄어드는 것 같아요...ㅠㅠ

요즘 걷기 참 좋은 시기입니다.. 미세먼지가 복병이긴 합니다만...
엘리베이터 사용할 때 한두 층 정도는 미리 내려서 걷는 것도 추천할 만 합니다.
